When it comes to strength I am absolutely positively LEG Dominant! In the world of muscles…my arms are basically just for decoration. I found this Arm workout to say goodbye to jiggly arms from positivemed.com and decided to give it a try.
1st comment…arm circles are no joke! I mean good grief! I thought my arms were going to fall off! However, if your arms are a bit more than mere decoration, feel free to add weights or just up your reps! I do traditional push-ups, but do what your body can handle, form is everything! Don’t do something that could get you hurt!
Finally, at the end of each rotation, it recommends 1 minute of child pose to stretch! DO NOT SKIP THIS PIECE! Stretching is incredibly important, especially if you plan to get undressed at some point! At the end of the workout it says, “do it again” I took this to mean that you need to continue until you reach muscle failure. For me, I made it to 3 rounds before I was ready to curl into the fetal position.
